Metafas heeft veel (productie) kennis en ervaring met zeefdrukken van geleidende inkten op flexibile substraten, en daardoor hebben we aan de wieg gestaan van vele Printed Electronics innovaties. Sinds 2022 ligt de focus op Smart Textile, Smart Plastics en Smart Packaging. Tevens heeft Metafas zich ontwikkelt van build-to-print naar full service product ontwikkeling en productie en kunnen wij u al vanaf TRL 4 niveau ondersteunen met het ontwikkelen, prototypen, testen, industrialiseren en opschalen naar serieproductie van uw printed electronics applicatie.

Met ons snel sheet-to-sheet proces kunnen we van kleine tot grote producten (tot 1.000 mm) zeer competitief, in zowel lage (proto's) als ook hoge aantallen (afhankelijk van de grootte) tussen 100.000 en 500.000 stuks voor u maken. En dit houdt niet op bij een substraat met printed electronics, maar wij bieden ook mogelijkheden voor het ontwikkelen en produceren van connectors, transferen of assembleren in het eind product, tot en met (met partners) het ontwikkelen van de elektronica, PCB en software.
