Skilled desk top publishers of Metafas translate your query into a beautifully shaped design on a digital drawing. We also design the entire front panel, in your own style where solid works functionality is leading. We put buttons at the right place and advise the application of LED lighting in your panel. Additionally, a mechanical drawing is produced for your carrier plate or artist's impression for your custom order.

The drawings supplied for DTP artwork must meet the following specifications:

- Name contact person
- Format: eps, ai, (up to CS5), pdf
- Vector file (no pixel file)
- Point contours (contour)
- Color code: PMS/RAL/CMYK
- Embossing (edge bulb plateau)
- Indoor / outdoor use
- For small print min line thickness 0.25 mm.
- General tolerance: +/- 0.2mm
- Interior fit: - / - indicate tolerance
- Size drawing with exact sizes, positions holes, buttons, windows and so on.


For membrane switch foils (circuits) we like to receive information about:

Switching method, polarity of the LED connector (type) and tail length.

For digital printing, there is a minimum resolution of 200 DPI. Please note that products produced using digital printing cannot be embossed or stamped in connection because of delamination of the printing layer. RAL and PMS colors are approached.

For milling:
Submit in solid works format of AutoCAD DXF or DWG. Scaling 1: 1 and only the necessary layers.
