Delivery specifications

Metafas' skilled DTP specialists translate your request into a beautifully designed design on a digital working drawing. We also design the front and control panel entirely in your corporate identity, where functionality is leading. We place the buttons in the right place and advise you on the use of LED lighting in your panel. In addition, a mechanical engineering drawing is produced for your carrier plate or artist impression of your custom product.

The supplied drawings for DTP artwork must meet the following specifications:
- name of contact person
- format: eps, ai, (maximum CS5), pdf
- vector file (not a pixel file)
- letter outlines (contour)
- color codes: PMS/RAL
- embossing (edge, sphere, plateau)
- indoor/outdoor application
- for small print min. line thickness 0.25 mm
- general tolerance: +/- 0.2 mm
- internal fit: indicate -/-tolerance
- dimensional drawing with exact sizes, positions of holes, buttons, windows, etc.

For membrane switching foils (circuits), we would like to receive information about:
switching method, polarity of the LED, connector (type) and waist length.

For digital printing, a minimum resolution of 200 DPI applies. Please note that products manufactured using digital printing cannot be embossed or punched due to delamination of the printing layer. RAL and PMS colors are approximated.

For milling work:
Deliver in AutoCAD .DXF or .DWG format. Scaling 1:1 and only the necessary layers.
